Shipping & Returns

Frozen Churros: Ship frozen in insulated packaging with ice packs. Because of the cold packaging and faster transit required, shipping is more expensive than standard orders. Please move to your freezer immediately on arrival.

Itty Bitty’s: Ship via standard methods (no cold packaging needed) and typically cost less to ship. Ready to enjoy right out of the bag.

Delivery & Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. For frozen items, we recommend delivering to an address where someone can receive the package promptly.

Warm-Weather Note

If your Frozen Churros arrive cold to the touch, place them in the freezer right away. If they arrive warm or damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

Returns & Replacements

For safety, we can’t accept returns on edible products once shipped. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in transit, reach out within 48 hours with your order number and photos for a replacement or refund.
