Our Itty Bitty Churros ship via standard methods (no cold packaging needed) and typically cost less to ship. Ready to enjoy right out of the bag! 

Delivery & Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. 

Returns & Replacements. For safety, we can’t accept returns on edible products once shipped. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in transit, reach out within 48 hours with your order number and photos for a replacement or refund.

Cinnamon Sugar: Sugar, cinnamon.

How do I eat these?

Frozen Churros: Cook from frozen in an air fryer or standard frying, then toss in cinnamon sugar and enjoy with your favorite dips (chocolate, caramel, dulce de leche).


Itty Bitty’s: Ready right out of the bag—perfect for snacking, parties, or on the go.

Do they need to be heated?

Frozen Churros: Yes. Heat from frozen (air fryer, oven, or frying) per the instructions on the box until hot and crisp.


Itty Bitty’s: No prep needed. If you like them warm, a brief low-heat warm-up is optional.

Are they gluten-free / vegan / etc.?

Frozen Churros & Itty Bitty’s: Our classic recipes contain wheat and may contain dairy/eggs, so they are not gluten-free or vegan. Always review the ingredient/allergen panel on each product page and package, and contact us if you have specific dietary questions.

Can I gift them?

Absolutely.

Frozen Churros: Ship directly to your recipient; they’ll store them in the freezer and cook fresh when ready.


Itty Bitty’s: Great for care packages and office treats—no prep required. Add a gift note at checkout (or email support with your order number), and we’ll take care of the rest.

How long do they last?

Frozen Churros: Keep frozen and use by the best-by date on the package. Once cooked, they’re best enjoyed right away; leftovers can be refrigerated for a day or two and re-crisped briefly in the air fryer/oven.


Itty Bitty’s: Check the best-by date on the bag. After opening, reseal tightly; for best texture, enjoy within about a week.
