OUR NAME

Our name, San Diablo, comes from the Spanish words for “saint” and “devil,” for food sent from heaven that is temptingly delicious. We like to say that our churros are, “heaven-sent, wicked good”. And trust me, our churros are so worth it that the angel and the devil on your shoulders will finally agree.

San Diablo strives to create the world's best food experience by providing unique, delicious, artisanal quality food and uncommon exceptional service. We promise to create a distinctively special interaction that uplifts and delivers happiness to our members while creating meaningful connections and unexpectedly delighting them. We are dedicated to making a difference in our members' lives and helping them experience the joy of food. 

As stated in our mission, we are centered around providing the best experience for our customers and providing happiness the best way we know how – through churros! Our churros are handcrafted, fried to perfection, and filled with high-quality ingredients such as Nutella, sweet cream, and Dulce de leche!
